Welcome to StreetBuzzZ. These terms govern your use of our platform, services, and tools. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using StreetBuzzZ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use StreetBuzzZ, or have parental consent. One person or entity per account — shared accounts are not permitted.
3. Music Distribution
When you upload music for distribution, you represent that you own or have the legal right to distribute the content. StreetBuzzZ distributes your music through our partner Sony Orchard to 150+ platforms. You retain full ownership of your music. We do not claim any rights to your intellectual property. You grant us a license to distribute, promote, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
4. Royalties & Payments
Royalty rates vary by tier and are detailed on our pricing page. Royalties are calculated based on reports from streaming platforms and paid monthly. Minimum payout threshold is $10. We provide transparent royalty tracking through your dashboard. Disputes regarding royalty calculations must be raised within 90 days of the relevant payout.
5. Digital Smart Cards
Digital Smart Cards (DSC) are subject to our content guidelines. You may not use DSCs to distribute illegal content, misleading information, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove DSCs that violate these guidelines.
6. Community Guidelines
The StreetBuzzZ network is built on mutual respect. You agree not to: harass, bully, or threaten other users; post spam or misleading content; impersonate other artists or entities; use the platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to manipulate streaming numbers or analytics.
7. Intellectual Property
StreetBuzzZ's brand, logo, design, and proprietary features (including the Buzz Map, DSC system, and artist network) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform's code or design without written permission.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we will process any outstanding royalties owed to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of severe violations. Distributed music may take up to 30 days to be removed from all platforms after account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
StreetBuzzZ is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific streaming results, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
