Insights

See how your stories are landing — episodes, engagement, and your audience, measured across everything you publish. Insights is open to every artist, no upgrade required.

What you'll see

Eight engagement KPIs plus a per-episode breakdown.

Insights lives at Dashboard → Insights. The top of the page is a row of eight KPI cards that summarize your whole catalog:

  • Episodes — how many you've created
  • Published — how many are live in the fan Feed
  • Likes — total likes across your published episodes
  • Comments — total comments fans have left
  • Shares — how many times your episodes were shared
  • Views — unique viewers across your catalog
  • Avg watch (s) — average seconds watched per view
  • Followers — fans following you
We track engagement only. There are no streams, monthly-listeners, revenue, top-tracks, or geographic metrics anywhere on the platform — Insights is about how people watch and react to your stories.

Views = unique viewers

The Views count is deliberately honest: each signed-in fan is counted once per episode, no matter how many times they rewatch. So your view numbers reflect real reach, not replays. Pair Views with Avg watch (s) to see not just how many people started an episode, but how long they stayed.

Per-episode engagement

Below the KPI cards is a table that breaks the same metrics down episode by episode — views, likes, comments, shares, and average watch time for each story you've published. Use it to spot which episodes pull the most engagement and which ones lose fans early, then carry those lessons into your next arc.

Access

Insights is available to all artists — there's nothing to unlock and no paid tier gating it. As soon as you publish your first episode, the numbers start filling in.
