Your toolkit
Promotion
Everything you need to run a release — paid campaigns, a content scheduler, pre-built launch kits, and applications for platform spotlight slots. Four tabs, one engine.
Campaigns
The Campaigns tab is your command center for active and past promotional work. You can run any of four paid packages through our Billboard-proven team: Playlist Push, Billboard Campaign, Influencer Drop, Radio Push.
- Track campaigns live — progress bar, current metric, total spent
- Status chips: Active (orange), Scheduled (sky), Completed (muted)
- Launch a new package straight from the bottom row — we handle the rollout
Scheduler
The Scheduler tab lets you plan a release rollout across all your channels — Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, Email, Newsletter, YouTube, Buzz Map.
- Calendar view — today is highlighted; dots indicate scheduled actions per day
- Upcoming drops list — the next 2 weeks, with date block, drop title, release, and brand-color channel chips
- Schedule drop — opens the composer to pick channels, date/time, and copy/assets
Launch Kit
The Launch Kit tab generates every asset you need for a release or tour. Pick a preset (Single, EP, Album, Tour) and we generate the full asset pack.
- Kit presets — each includes a press one-pager, social templates, email blast, Spotify Canvas preset, caption variants
- Click Generate kit — the asset list fills in with download links (and a grab-as-zip option)
- Templates library below — 8 drop-in templates across Reels / Stories / Posts / Canvas / EPK / Press Release
Spotlight
The Spotlight tab is where you apply to be featured — on the homepage, in the weekly newsletter, on editorial playlists, on Buzz Map, or in an avatar campaign.
- Each slot shows reach estimate, deadline, and any tier requirements
- Apply now — sends your application to our editorial team
- Awaiting decision — your application is in review (usually a week)
- Live — your feature is running; click through to see it in the wild
- Locked — needs a higher tier (e.g. Avatar Campaign Feature is Pro-only)
