Getting started

StreetBuzzZ has two front doors: Fans watch and follow, Artists create and publish. You pick which one you are when you sign up. Here's exactly how each path works.

Create your account

Head to Register and pick a role — Artist or Fan — then enter your name, email, and a password.

Pick Artist or Fan, then sign up.
Email verification is configurable. When it's turned on, we email you a 6-digit code — enter it at /verify-email to confirm your address before your first sign-in. When it's off (the current default), your account is ready right away and you're logged in immediately.

If you're a Fan

There's nothing to apply for. The moment your account is created you go straight to the Feed — no wizard, no approval, no trial.

  1. 1

    Register as a Fan

Choose Fan on the register screen and add your name, email, and password.
  2. 2

    Land in the Feed

You're dropped into /feed — a vertical, full-screen stream of published episodes. Swipe through For You and Trending, then like, comment, share, and follow the artists you love.
  3. 3

    Make it yours

Open Feed settings to set a display name and an avatar (upload one or generate it with AI), or to change your password.

If you're an Artist

Artists go through one more step: an application that A&R reviews before your cabinet opens. Expect to spend about 5 minutes on it.

  1. 1

    Complete the application wizard

After registering as an Artist, you're taken to /signup to finish your application — artist identity, music & socials, and your goals. The wizard won't let you advance until the required fields on each step are filled.
  2. 2

    Wait on A&R review

You'll land on the pending page (/dashboard/pending) with a timeline showing where your application is. You'll be notified when a decision is made.
  3. 3

    Land in your cabinet

Once approved, you're taken to your cabinet (/dashboard) and your 14-day Verified Artist trial begins.
Pick your strongest track as your featured track. It's the first (and sometimes only) thing the reviewer hears.

The pending state

Between submitting and getting approved, the pending page is your home. It keeps you in the loop without making you guess.

The timeline shows where your application is: Submitted → A&R review → Decision → Cabinet access.
  • Your submission summary is shown so you can double-check nothing's off
  • Need to fix a link or a typo? Re-open the application to edit it
  • Questions about your application? Contact support

After you're approved

Your 14-day Verified Artist trial kicks off the moment you're approved, and your cabinet is ready to use. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to upgrade from the Plans page to keep access after the trial ends.
