The private social layer for StreetBuzzZ members. Message other artists, producers, engineers, and scouts. Join genre or location channels. See who's climbing the leaderboards. Shout out the artists you believe in.

Messages

Three-column layout: your channels + DMs on the left, active thread in the middle. Click any avatar anywhere — in a thread header, a message, a leaderboard — to open that member's profile drawer with their bio, DSC, and a message/follow CTA.

  • Channel kinds: location (e.g. Atlanta Hip-Hop), genre (e.g. R&B Production Circle), purpose (e.g. Booking & Gigs)
  • Direct messages with online indicator, last-message preview, timestamps
  • Message bubbles, inline file attachments, composer with attach + emoji + send
  • Click any avatar → profile drawer with full bio + DSC highlights + Message/Follow/View DSC

Leaderboards

The Leaderboards tab is the social competition layer — Top Artists, Top Producers, Rising Stars — ranked by Buzz Score (a weighted combination of streams, follower growth, engagement, and shoutouts).

  • Top Artists — the overall leaderboard
  • Top Producers — ranked separately so production talent gets its own visibility
  • Rising Stars — fastest-moving artists this period (relative, not absolute)
  • Filter by This week / This month / All time
  • Each row is clickable — opens the member profile drawer
Leaderboards currently show sample data — Buzz Score rankings go live once streaming and engagement metrics are tracked.

Shoutouts

The Shoutouts tab is the public respect feed. When an artist wants to big up another artist publicly, they drop a shoutout here. Artists react with 🔥 / 💯 / 👏 and can Boost to share into their own feed.

From → to avatar pair per card. Quoted body. Reactions + Reply + Boost.
Shoutouts currently show sample data — the feed goes live once the feature ships. (Messages, above, is fully live.)
